The role: Areas of work

• Debt Recovery
• Breach of lease
• FTT Applications
• Lease Analysis
• Lease extensions and variations

The ideal candidate will have:

• A strong academic background
• Minimum of 3 years post qualification experience (within areas listed of work listed above)
• A working knowledge of Civil Procedure rules - familiar with leases and enforcement of judgements
• Attention to detail
• MUST be familiar with the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985/1987 (Long Leasehold)
