Overview

Property Lawyer to step into a Conveyancing Team Leader role with the option to work on a hybrid basis or fully remote. This is a progressive law firm that places a strong emphasis on staff wellbeing, career development and delivering high-quality conveyancing services.

Responsibilities

In this position, you will lead and supervise a small team of four staff, made up of both fee earners and support staff. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, you will handle a manageable caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold transactions, property sales and purchases, remortgages and all other aspects of the residential conveyancing process from instruction through to completion.

The firm ensures that no lawyer is burdened with more than 70 live files, enabling you to maintain quality, efficiency and excellent client service at all times. While the role is primarily focused on residential conveyancing, there is scope to be involved in commercial property work if you bring experience in this area.
