About the job: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Property Lawyer to join a growing Property Law team. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, representing clients in a range of disputes from pre-action stages through to trial and enforcement.

In addition, this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to broaden their experience dealing with both Commercial & Residential Property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate property titles to verify legal ownership and identify any encumbrances, liens, or restrictions
  • Prepare and review contracts, sale agreements, lease agreements, deeds, and other legal documents related to property transactions
  • Provide legal advice to clients on property laws, zoning regulations, land use, and rights and obligations related to property ownership or tenancy
  • Oversee the legal aspects of buying, selling, leasing, or transferring real estate, ensuring all processes comply with local laws
  • Represent clients in negotiating terms and conditions of property deals to protect their legal and financial interests
  • Ensure all property transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws, including environmental and planning regulations
  • Handle legal disputes related to property boundaries, landlord-tenant issues, easements, or breaches of contract, including litigation if necessary
  • Work alongside surveyors, real estate agents, financial institutions, and local authorities to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Manage the registration of property ownership and transfer documents with relevant land registries or governmental agencies
  • Advise on legal aspects of commercial leases, land development, and real estate investment

Required Skills and Experience:
