We are working with a dynamic and multi-faceted property group based in Shoreditch. With operations across London, Dubai and Europe, this is an exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Property Administrator to join a growing team.
As Property Administrator, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Duties include:
Managing property administration and compliance records
Preparing and maintaining contracts and documentation
Liaising with tenants, landlords, and contractors
Coordinating with internal teams across different business areas
General administrative support to the wider team
Previous administration experience (property experience an advantage, not essential)
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proactive, professional and able to work in a fast-moving environment
Confident with IT systems and able to pick up new processes quickly
35,000 basic salary
