Llys Awen provides 24-hour temporary supported accommodation in the Gorseinon area of Swansea for young people aged between 16 to 21 years old. The staff team specialise in providing support within a psychology informed environment. As a project worker, you will develop a bespoke package of support to ensure our clients develop the key skills needed to prevent homelessness, improve financial capability and to develop the skills needed to settle in the community and achieve positive progression. You will play a vital part in leading and mentoring the scheme support officers in enabling our young people to achieve their goals and empower them to lead independent lives.
Job Specifics
Full Time - 37 hours Permanent Contract Salary for this role is £26,072.00 Work Pattern: Mon - Fri, although flexibility is required to meet the needs of the young people, It is essential for the successful candidate to have a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
