A leading supported living organization is seeking a Project Worker in Costessey to support individuals who have experienced homelessness. This role involves assessing needs, developing support plans, and being an initial contact for customer queries. Candidates should have relevant experience, a NVQ3 in Health and Social Care, and a driving license. Location: Cannell Court, 2A Roundwell Road, Costessey, Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 0PA
Pay: £13.34 per hour
The Project Worker will support individuals who have experienced homelessness to maximise their potential and independence. You will assess needs, develop and update support plans, and act as the first point of contact for all customer queries.
