Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Develop accurate cost plans and forecasts for awarded and tendered projects.
  • Manage tender documents, evaluations, purchase orders, and final accounts.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Assess commercial, operational, and environmental risks.
  • Lead tendering processes and ensure adherence to framework requirements.
  • Prepare monthly CVR reports and monitor cash flow.
  • Verify works, measure progress, and certify payments.
  • Build strong relationships with key clients, consultants, and supply chain partners.
  • Mentor junior surveyors and foster collaboration.
  • Incorporate green technologies and support net-zero objectives.
