Job description

Project Surveyor - £42,000 per annum + excellent benefits - covering the South East/London, Home Counties and the West Midlands.

Are you an experienced Surveyor/Project Manager, who's passionate about making a real impact on residents, and ready to tackle exciting challenges head on?

This is a hybrid position: you will work from home on average two days a week, and the other three days will involve site visits across your designated patch. You will have full control over your diary to book site visits accordingly.

  • An experienced Surveyor who has additional project management and contract management skills.
  • Someone who thrives on autonomy and tackles exciting challenges head‑on.
  • An excellent communicator, who can build strong relationships with various contractors.
What does the job entail?
  • Carrying out stock condition surveys on residential properties.
  • Project managing a diverse range of projects, including major refurbishments and vital adaptations.
  • Managing relationships with, and performance of, external contractors.
  • Overseeing statutory compliance including gas, electric, fire safety and asbestos.
