A leading residential developer in Greater London seeks a Project Surveyor to join the Commercial North team. This full-time position involves preparing tenders, managing contractor accounts, and ensuring financial accountability for the project budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong commercial acumen. As a key member of the Commercial North team, reporting into the Commercial Manager, the Project Surveyor will be part of a site‑based commercial team and support the Senior Quantity Surveyor and Commercial Manager on day‑to‑day activities.
The role will be site‑based in Holloway, North London, with some travel to our head office in Uxbridge.
