The Store Development Department’s mission is to deliver high-quality, strategically aligned store development projects, by adapting global brand concepts to regional needs, and driving end-to-end store and Shop-in-Shop projects that strengthen brand presence and customer engagement across EMEA. The Shop-in-Shop and Store Development Teams serve as the backbone within the wider Store Development Department, which also includes the Concept Implementation and Store Development Supply Chain Teams. Collectively the Department collaborates with Brands, Global Concept, Visual Merchandising, Expansion, Finance and Global Store Development to drive a best-in-class store experience. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department\'s overall success and strategic growth.
As Project Specialist Hub, you will be crucial to the EMEA SIS and SD team. You will be responsible for the coordination of local Shop in Shop tasks which will help drive the execution of shop in shop initiatives across the market (United Kingdom, Ireland, Netherlands and Nordics) and support on Store Development activities. You will work closely with the wider Hub team to ensure alignment between the work of the EMEA SIS team and the requirements of the market, to drive an enhanced customer experience and support revenue growth in the market.
Note: Responsibilities include but are not limited to, those listed above. The role may require additional tasks and duties as assigned to meet the needs of the department and organization. This is to back up the team independently of channel or market needs.
