How you will contribute
  • Support and manage the delivery of client facing workstreams, designing and delivering solutions that are end user focused.
  • Produce high quality outputs with attention to detail and execution.
  • Support engagement managers on financial and delivery aspects of engagements.
  • Collaborate across KPMG's broader service lines to design integrated, client tailored solutions.
  • Operate within internal governance frameworks to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
  • Monitor emerging trends and industry developments, using insights to shape practical recommendations and contribute to thought leadership,
  • Contribute to bids, proposals and wider business development activities.
  • Act as a role model for an inclusive, collaborative culture aligned with KPMG's values.

Hands‑on experience delivering complex infrastructure projects or programmes, either in consulting or industry.

  • Strong track record in project‑based delivery, across sectors such as energy, water, transport, defence, healthcare, government, financial services, or retail.
  • Strong understanding and practical application of project, programme and portfolio management (P3M) principles.
  • Evidence of high performance and career progression.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Confident communicator, able to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with key project tools (e.g. MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Oracle, P6, PowerBI) and knowledge of other proprietary technologies welcome.
