The Role

As Project & Operations Support Administrator, you will be the vital piece of the puzzle that ensures our complex, high‑profile projects are delivered on time and to our exacting standards.

Partnering with Project Managers and Directors, you’ll ensure the work delivered is accurate, efficient and innovative, meeting clients’ expectations and delivering on our reputation.

Specifically, you’ll take ownership of project processes, providing administrative support to Project Management Teams for multiple projects, supporting supply chain and procurement activities and assisting other functions with project delivery as required.

Additionally, you will:

  • Update and maintain the CRM with project, client and communication records
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, trackers and schedules
  • Issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and track supplier responses
  • Liaise with suppliers, track their responses and quotations and help Project Managers with procurement
  • Support Quality Control, Design and other operational teams
  • Assist with document control, approvals and version management
About You

To be considered as a Project & Operations Support Administrator, you will need:

  • Proven experience in administrative or operations support roles
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
  • Collaborative, positive approach to working with cross‑functional teams
  • A minimum of two GCSEs (or equivalent), including English and Maths
