Role

We are looking to recruit a Contracts Surveyor on a Fixed Term basis within our Asset Management Team.

This is a key position in the Investment Team supporting the Contract Manager in taking responsibility and leading on the delivery of a variety of the group’s investment projects to pre-defined time, quality and cost criteria within the group’s investment plan.

The Investment Team is at the heart of our 30-year investment programme on delivering excellent quality homes. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills and will be an effective communicator with the ability to liaise with all stakeholders. They should have a detailed knowledge of building construction, a track record of contract and budget management, CDM & Asbestos Regulations and a good understanding of the decent homes standard.

This role has been identified as suitable for hybrid working which will be a combination of home working and working from our offices with Head office at Craven Arms and travel to other offices as required.
