This role is crucial for supporting the planned maintenance team, ensuring the smooth delivery of resurfacing and treatment of carriageways across the city. You will facilitate the permits required for these works and manage the planned maintenance inbox, providing technical responses and ensuring effective communication with residents and contractors.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Facilitate the acquisition of necessary permits for planned maintenance works, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and safety standards.
  • Manage the planned maintenance inbox, responding promptly and effectively to queries and ensuring clear communication with both residents and contractors.
  • Provide technical support and articulate complex information in a manner understandable to non-specialists.
  • Monitor work progress and compliance through the lifecycle of each permit.
  • Generate performance reports related to internal and external works تحدث.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for Permit Officers, colleagues, and contractors, supporting the team in daily tasks and(auxiliary) during unplanned incidents affecting the highway network.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
