Role Overview

• Location: Hybrid, with regular client site travel (3 days per week)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading complex software delivery projects across agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments
• Owning scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and reporting — ensuring projects land successfully
• Acting as the key client contact from planning through to go-live
• Building trusted relationships and managing stakeholder expectations
• Driving revenue and margin performance across your projects
• Partnering with Sales and Pre-Sales to shape, price, and win new business
• Leading internal and external teams, mentoring others, and developing talent
• Ensuring delivery aligns with client contracts, licensing, and capability boundaries
• Championing the brand and delivering continuous value across accounts

Main Skills Needed

• Strong track record delivering IT and software projects in consulting or services settings
• Deep understanding of governance, commercials, and delivery metrics
• Comfortable working across Agile (ideally SAFe), hybrid, and traditional models
• Excellent client relationship skills, with confidence engaging at senior levels
• Skilled in risk management, issue resolution, and navigating delivery complexity
• Experience working with UK government clients and secure environments
• Ability to support pre-sales, shape SoWs, and lead multi-disciplinary delivery teams
• Eligible for (or already hold) high-level UK Security Clearance
