Overview

Project Manager – Construction – Edinburgh & Surrounding Areas. Permanent (or Temp-to-Perm Considered). We are working with a well-established main contractor who are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee new build projects across Edinburgh and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected contractor with a strong pipeline of commercial, retail, and industrial schemes.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for site operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Lead the site team, manage subcontractors, liaise with clients, and ensure health & safety compliance at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager / Project Manager on new build projects (commercial, retail, or industrial).
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications (essential).
• Strong leadership and organisational skills.
• BREEAM experience (highly desirable).
• Excellent communication and client-facing ability.
