A leading construction company in North West London is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a variety of projects across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing new builds, refurbishments, and fit-outs, with relevant industry certifications. This permanent position offers a competitive salary along with an attractive package and the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment on exciting projects.
I have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join a medium sized Main Contractor on a permanent basis, based out of their offices in North West London and working on projects across London.
The company have been operating since the 1970s and have an excellent track record for delivering high quality projects, resulting in consistent repeat business coming through from their clients.
They operate across various sectors including education, healthcare, leisure, social housing, private residential, Grade I and Grade II listed buildings; on projects between £50,000 to circa £7m. They work on new build, refurbishment and fit out projects.
They are looking for a well-rounded Project Manager that has experience working on a range of projects across multiple sectors, ideally with a track record of working for a similar sized company.
