Overview

Contract Project Manager (M&A Business Change Transformation) – Outside IR35 – Duration: 6 Months.

You will be responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering the relocation of operations as part of a broader M&A integration programme. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, HR, and Compliance, you will ensure business continuity while driving efficiencies and embedding change effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle for operations ensuring alignment with M&A objectives.
  • Develop and manage project plans, risks, budgets, and timelines.
  • Act as the bridge between operational teams and leadership, ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption to service.
  • Manage business change activities including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
  • Ensure regulatory, compliance, and risk management requirements are fully met throughout the transition.
  • Provide clear reporting and governance updates to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Project Manager within M&A / integration / business relocation programmes.
  • Strong background in business change and operational transformation.
  • Experience in claims operations, insurance, or financial services is essential
