Qualifications

Overview

Project Manager — Contract — Antrim — Immediate Start

We are recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a fast-paced technology team delivering customer-facing platforms. You will manage end-to-end project delivery across cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting for multiple concurrent projects.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QA, UX) to deliver against milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and provide clear, timely updates to senior leadership.
• Own risk and issue management; escalate and resolve blockers promptly.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and work with delivery teams to continuously improve processes.
• Drive delivery of product releases, ensuring quality and business acceptance.

Experience

• 3+ years’ experience managing software or platform projects ideally within manufacturing
• Strong experience with Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban) and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex issues clearly.
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills; comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
• Experience managing third-party suppliers and integrations is advantageous.
• Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, APM, AgilePM, or Scrum Master) are a plus.
