Location: Northampton (Milton Keynes office plus site visits in East Midlands area, local work)

Salary: Up to £60,000 plus Car Allowance (DOE) + Hybrid + 22-24 days holiday + BH + Company Benefits + Qualification Funding + Recognition Rewards + Autonomy + Flexibility

I am recruiting on behalf of a successful SME with around 50 employees seeking an experienced Project Manager with an industrial or warehouse background.

This business has grown steadily and is known for delivering high-quality projects across mechanical, electrical, renewables, and warehouse/racking solutions. They are committed to sustainability, innovation, and creating a supportive working culture, with a clear Net Zero roadmap and a passion for responsible project delivery.

This role offers autonomy to deliver projects without micromanagement, supported by a close-knit, forward-thinking team. It provides excellent work-life balance, with standard hours of 7am to 3pm (dependent on site visits), a car allowance, and a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities:
