The Role

  • Support development colleagues on all construction and technical aspects of acquisitions.
  • Lead on project delivery from site acquisition through to completion (RIBA 1-7).
  • Coordinate external consultants to secure planning and technical consents.
  • Prepare tender documentation and oversee procurement.
  • Administer construction contracts and manage agreements with occupiers and partners.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with sustainability goals.
