We are currently seeking a Project Manager to work for a main Civil Contractor who works across the UK specializing a variety of Civil/Highway engineering sectors with a primary focus of infrastructure based projects. Role will be based in Heathrow with the candidate expected to travel intermittently to various project sites when required.

As a Project Manager your key experience & responsibilities include:

  • Having Airport/Highway/Rail/ infrastructure experience working for a main contractor
  • Providing direction, motivation and leadership to both internal staff and external consultants or contractors engaged in providing technical support activities to the project
  • Overseeing the successful delivery of projects to scope, target cost, quality, programme and completion encompassing design, engineering, construction, handover and commercial aspects ensuring perfect delivery is achieved
  • Implementing a full risk and value engineering management process where all risks and cost savings opportunities are identified and actioned
  • Ensuring efficient management of the Company’s resources; employees, suppliers and subcontractors
  • Airside passes would be advantageous
