Project Manager (Digital)
The closing date is 12 October 2025
Our digital strategy focuses on creating a digital environment that simplifies processes, enhances collaboration, and ensures staff can focus on delivering high-quality care without being burdened by unnecessary administrative tasks or inefficient systems. Our Electronic Health Record (EHR) support services within the Digital division aim to improve collaboration and communication between EHR facing teams and, as a result, the quality of support provided to frontline staff. A Digital Project Management Office (PMO) has been introduced to better manage the numerous, complex projects within the division and support effective delivery of digital projects, programmes, and workstreams in Trust projects.
This selection process will include a short interview and a Test on the 17th October. The successful candidates from this round will then be invited to attend a further full panel interview on the 27th October.
Provide project management to the Digital Department, working across the Digital Directorate and with stakeholders in the Trust and beyond.
Establish and maintain a wide range of effective working relationships across SABP, delivering a range of digital projects and/or digital workstreams within trust agreed programmes of work.
Use an appropriate project management methodology to manage allocated projects through their lifecycle from inception to delivery.
Drive and coordinate the planning and delivery of a range of Digital projects including developing project plans to ensure delivery against key project milestones using appropriate project planning approaches.
Deal with highly complex information, understand interdependencies between initiatives and projects, and have possibly contentious conversations with colleagues on delivery status.
Facilitate and enable high-level thinking, visioning and problem solving in sessions designed to encourage the right kind of discussions with clear objectives and outputs.
Provide project management and support to technical teams and the wider Digital Directorate including planning, implementation, project progress reporting and presentations.
