Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – D365 F&O to lead the delivery of Finance and Operations ERP initiatives. This role is focused on driving transformation within Finance systems, working closely with stakeholders across a globally distributed finance team. The successful candidate will manage D365 F&O enhancements and implementations, define business cases, and ensure projects are delivered to scope, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead D365 F&O projects from inception to delivery, aligning with business objectives.

• Scope business cases, define budgets, and secure approvals.

• Manage project governance, risk, and financial controls.

• Collaborate with finance stakeholders across Europe and Asia.

• Deliver enhancements across key modules (GL, AP/AR, Fixed Assets, Lease Accounting, Cash Allocations).

• Provide project leadership in AI/CoPilot-enabled finance automation.

• Ensure global standards are maintained across delivery partners and internal teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering D365 F&O implementations or enhancements as a Project Manager.

• Strong knowledge of Finance/Accounting systems and processes.

• Hands-on experience with at least two D365 F&O Finance modules.

• Exposure to AI/CoPilot functionality within D365 F&O (preferred).

• At least 10 years of IT Project Management experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
