Are you you an ambitious Project Manager with Construction and Facilities expertise?

Our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead refurbishment and fit out projects across multiple sites — including heritage-listed and commercial buildings.

They are very busy with exciting new projects and need a Project Manager to deliver multiple new and existing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver multiple projects (£40k-£3M) from tender to completion
  • Manage tenders and contractor performance
  • Ensure CDM and health & safety compliance
  • Liaise with internal teams and resolve site issues
  • Work closely with client to ensure best value
  • Forecast budgets and deliver accurate report
  • Maintain governance and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage site teams and sub contractors
Person specification
  • Proven project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of CDM and H&S regulations
  • Excellent stakeholder and contractor coordination
  • Financial and reporting acumen
  • Experience with a Construction refurbishment or Facilities Management company
