Job summary

A leading digital property settlement company in the UK is looking for a Project Manager. You will be the lead for a variety of projects across PEXA, Optima and Smoove, dealing with internal and external people, all of whom are treated as our customers.

You will work across a diverse range of projects, from small quick changes to long, complex implementations.

Responsibilities
  • Align to the UK Change Framework, using project methodology and artefacts to plan, manage and report progress, implementation and success, while mitigating risk and ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder and network relationships internally and externally; provide regular updates to stakeholders and management.
  • Lead projects across UK operations, ensuring changes align with policy, processes and procedures; train and share knowledge to enable a first-class service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and outsource providers to deliver flexible, seamless, and successful changes.
  • Ensure changes are delivered on time and to a high standard, with benefits realized and measurable success.
  • Create and deliver regular communications and reporting to the right audiences at the right times.
  • Manage Business Readiness plans, deliveries and engagements as appropriate.
  • Capture and apply key project learnings at project closure to embed knowledge across the organisation.
Skills & Experience
  • Essential
  • Experienced and qualified in project management using agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Ability to demonstrate adherence to project standards and frameworks
  • Track record of managing multiple projects and complex deliveries
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to develop effective relationships
