Join us at the Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) as a Project Manager for Capability and Organisational Structure. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact by leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of organisational design and workforce transition activities essential to embedding the Pensions Dashboards Service (PDS) into MaPS business-as-usual. As part of the Technology and Change team, you’ll define future-state capability requirements, align structures and roles to the new operating model, and ensure teams are prepared, resourced, and supported to deliver the service sustainably. This pivotal role works across HR, Governance, Strategy, and functional leads to operationalise the service and drive long-term success. You’ll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to helping people across the UK improve their financial wellbeing.
