An upcoming Main Contractor - building and refurbishment contractor that specializes in high-end residential projects in London is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project manager to join their team. The Project manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London and be responsible for overseeing 2/3 projects at one time. The company has a strong pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and development prospects.

About the company

Specialising entirely in prime residential refurbishments they have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of around £10 million; the company is small in size and has a long-standing reputation globally for delivering exceptional standard of work. Role and responsibilities

The Project Manager Role

The successful Project Manager will oversee several projects within Central London. It will involve managing 2-3 residential refurbishments around the £1-£10 million mark, with a Site Manager on site. Projects are residential refurbishments with a heavy focus on fine finishes.
