Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a timber frame residential development near Anglesey.


Responsibilities


  • Responsibility for the management, planning, programming & phasing of the project.

  • Managing your team; setting objectives and developing people within it.

  • Acting as the Client point of contact on site.

  • Ensure best practices and quality are being maintained.

  • Provide technical support to project teams.

  • Monitoring and co-ordination of subcontractor activity.

  • To be the first point of contact for the client, members of the public and subcontractors.

  • Work closely and liaise as required with the design team.

  • To monitor the progress of the project and manage issues as they arise.

  • Responsible for all health and safety on site and liaison with the Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Manager.

  • Conduct regular site meetings.

  • Ensure all documentation is correctly administered and Company Procedures are followed.


Candidate Profile


  • Strong track record in residential construction, ideally with timber frame experience.
