Due to growth within the company, they are now seeking a Project Manager to join the team.

The Role of Project Manager

They are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead and execute complex technical projects, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage technical engineering projects from conception through to completion.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to meet project objectives within scope and timelines.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to management and stakeholders on project status.
  • Ensure systems meet technical specifications, performance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Liaise with R&D, production, quality assurance, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in project management / engineering within engineering or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in leading complex engineering projects from planning through to delivery.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised with a keen eye for detail.
  • Must have a full British passport.
