Project Manager – Business & Technology Change

Location: Flexible (Sheffield / London / Manchester / Remote Hybrid)

You’ll Do:

• 💡 Lead and deliver change projects from planning through to completion.
• 💡 Work with senior stakeholders across multiple locations to create clarity and alignment.
• 💡 Own project plans, risks, dependencies and delivery timelines.
• 💡 Bring structure to a fast-paced, evolving environment and help build delivery foundations.
• 💡 Support integration work across platforms, processes, teams and client journeys.

You’ll Bring:

• ✅ Experience delivering end-to-end change projects in a fast-moving environment.
• ✅ Financial Services or regulated industry background, or ability to adapt quickly to one.
• ✅ A balance of business change and tech awareness — confident asking the right questions.
• ✅ Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep multiple workstreams moving forward.
