About the Role

The Resolute Group is proud to be partnering with a leading Utilities Consultancy delivering major infrastructure projects. We are looking for a Project Manager - Capital Delivery to join our client's embedded project delivery team, managing and supporting their internal engineering function.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a site delivery background (Site Agent / Project Manager) who is ready to move into a consultancy-focused role. You'll bring your contractor-side experience and apply it client-side - ensuring governance, quality assurance, and effective communication across design, engineering, and delivery teams.

You'll be the client's representative on-site, responsible for ensuring designs are translated into a high-quality finished product, delivered to specification, and signed off to the correct standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of Project Engineers and Design Coordinators on behalf of the client.
  • Provide support and technical input on issues that arise during delivery.
  • Ensure clear and concise communication between the client and main contractor.
  • Carry out technical assurance checks to guarantee quality standards on-site.
  • Oversee contractor and subcontractor performance.
  • Monitor programme changes and provide regular internal stakeholder reporting.
  • Lead client and contractor meetings, ensuring project milestones are achieved.
What We're Looking For
  • Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent discipline).
  • Strong background in the utilities sector, ideally with a Tier 1 contractor.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure delivery and project management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Must have the right to live and work in the UK.
