Your Career

Your Team

As a Project Manager, you’ll report to the Service Delivery Manager and collaborate closely with consultancy, sales and customer success teams. Together, you’ll plan and execute projects with precision, ensuring all deliverables are met on time, within budget and to the highest standards. You’ll also engage with customers and stakeholders at all levels, fostering strong relationships and a shared vision for success.

Your Impact

Your role will directly influence the successful delivery of HR and Payroll systems projects, contributing to customer satisfaction and long‑term partnerships with MHR. By managing risks, budgets and resources effectively, you’ll ensure projects are delivered seamlessly, meeting quality expectations and driving commercial success. Your ability to identify service improvements and additional opportunities will further enhance MHR’s reputation as a trusted and innovative solutions provider.

Additional Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional project management services for high‑profile, complex projects.
  • Plan, monitor and control project deliverables, timelines and budgets to achieve successful implementations.
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Allocate consultancy resources efficiently to maximise revenue and utilisation.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and produce progress reports for stakeholders.
  • Ensure change control is implemented where appropriate.
  • Drive additional commercial opportunities and provide financial budgetary control.
  • Mentor and support Project Managers, ensuring adherence to project management standards.
  • Promote project management methodologies across the business and support service improvements.

  • Proven experience managing SaaS Implementation projects.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Analytical and problem‑solving expertise, with a focus on managing risks and issues.
  • Commercially astute, with experience in managing project budgets and identifying additional opportunities.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies, ideally PRINCE2 qualified (or working towards it).
  • Experience with iTrent systems is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to travel, with flexibility for journeys up to four hours per day.
