As a key part of the delivery team, the Project Manager will focus on construction project management duties, including project planning, stakeholder engagement and risk management. The Project Manager's Role

The Project Manager will take responsibility for delivering projects across various sectors including healthcare, education and residential. You will be expected to lead on planning, procurement, contractor selection and performance monitoring, ensuring key KPIs are achieved.

You'll work alongside senior consultants and directors, contributing to the delivery of best-in-class project management services for a range of clients.

The Project Manager - Qualifications
  • Degree in Construction, Project Management or a related discipline
  • 3+ years' experience in a consultancy setting
  • Experience managing projects from RIBA stages 1-6
  • Working knowledge of JCT/NEC contracts
  • Progressing towards chartership with RICS, APM, or CIOB
