Project Manager - Demolition & Cut and Carve

I'm recruiting on behalf of a specialist subcontractor who are seeking a Project Manager to join their team. This is a long-term contract role working on complex demolition and cut & carve projects in Central London.

Role Details

• Position: Project Manager
• Location: Central London
• Contract: Long-term
• Rate: £350-£400 per day

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering demolition and cut & carve projects.
• Background working with a specialist subcontractor (essential).
• Strong understanding of demolition methodologies, sequencing, and safety compliance.
• Ability to manage site teams, coordinate with main contractors, and ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.
