Overview

CRS are currently assisting an innovative leader in the Oil and Gas industry, in sourcing a full time Project Manager to join the existing team on a full time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will oversee, co-ordinate and plan the individual contracts using the necessary skills required. Deliver the needs of the customer while actively controlling the financial, technical, and commercial aspects of the contract in-line with the needs of the business. Managing client expectations and company resources to achieve on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities and activities of the Project Manager will be:

  • Actively manage individual projects from Sales handover until final delivery stage. Controlling all the financial, technical, and commercial aspects of the contract.
  • You will be responsible for the successful integration of all, mechanical design activities, procurement, milestone completion and client supplier meetings.
  • Oversee the Project P&L, review and update monthly cost reports.
  • Manage the Project risk.
  • Claims and contractual requirements.
  • Working within the company HSE management system whilst identifying any additional specific health & safety requirements of customers.
  • Manage communication across the business to ensure that the project deliverables are met and maintained.
  • Coordinate design reviews.
  • Support cost control and forecasting activities
  • Generate documentation and liaise with document control
  • Completing assigned tasks delegated by the head of projects
Experience & Qualifications

We are keen to speak to candidates who can develop and enhance our customer / supplier relationships, with the ability to identify potential business issues and mitigate risk. Good commercial awareness and decision-making abilities are highly desired, with previous experience in a similar role.

  • Competent in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Project Management.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience running multi projects.
