The Role

We're looking for a proactive Project Manager to oversee fit-out projects across the UK, specialising in retail environments, bars, and restaurants. This role requires someone who can take full responsibility for delivery - ensuring projects run smoothly, safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the full project lifecycle: planning, coordination, site management, and handover.
  • Oversee programmes, budgets, procurement and site resources.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality standards, and risk management.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Travel nationwide to manage projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Proven track record managing fit-out projects in retail, hospitality, or leisure.
  • Strong commercial awareness - able to manage budgets, variations, and costs effectively.
  • Hands-on approach, with ability to motivate site teams and work collaboratively.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, design coordination, and H&S legislation.
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.
