Job description
Overview

TMW is a leading integrated creative and communications agency based across London and Bristol. Proudly wired differently, we combine standout creativity with end‑to‑end connectivity to create ideas that move people in every channel. We are dedicated to a workplace that reflects the world we want to live in and ensures TMW is a place for everybody.

The Opportunity

As a Project Manager at TMW you will be part of our Client Services and Project Management team, operating at the heart of our agency and a key part of the successful, profitable and efficient delivery of our creative output for clients. Your day to day will be working on one of our leading QSR client accounts, focused on delivering a large‑scale and multi‑faced CRM programme. You will work in close partnership with the account management team, and alongside a wide range of talented individuals across every department, your role will be to effectively plan, manage and deliver CRM campaigns and BAU activities – helping to create structure and continuity between teams, to establish clear timelines and workflows and ultimately ensure we deliver exceptional work accountably.

You will need to have an interest in creativity and design, a strong understanding of CRM workflows and previous creative or production agency experience. A curiosity for the how and a continuous improvement mindset is a must. Knowledge and experience with core tooling such as Asana, Workbook, Tableau and Braze is a plus.

Day to Day
  • Project scoping – scoping, planning and defining the specification of projects in line with the wider programme requirements and in partnership with the account management team.
  • Project tracking – ensuring relevant information is entered into job and project management systems and that core metrics are regularly communicated as part of programme management processes.
  • Management of project timelines – creation of project plans and workflows, ensuring project activities run to time and issues, risks, or challenges are communicated in a timely manner to relevant stakeholders.
  • Team coordination – co‑ordinating teams of strategists, creatives, designers, data analysts, account handlers and campaign managers. Helping to build and maintain collaborative ways of working on each project and ensuring core meetings run effectively.
  • Resource management and planning – working closely with the programme management and traffic teams to assign resource needed across projects, support prioritisation and manage bookings effectively.
  • End‑to‑end delivery – manage and co‑ordinate the delivery of CRM campaigns and BAU activities from creative ideation through to deployment and post‑campaign analysis. Taking responsibility for the quality and profitability of the projects you deliver.
  • Financial management – ensuring projects are estimated accurately and stay within allocated scope and budget, monitored through regular project and time rec reporting as part of the wider programme tracking.
  • Relationship building – build and maintain close relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role and you will be expected to liaise with clients directly, as well as work collaboratively with colleagues across agencies to deliver exceptional work.
  • Proactive and solutions focused – be a team‑player and demonstrate a proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused way of working at all times.
Qualifications
  • Project scoping + delivery – a proven track record in scoping and successfully delivering BTL marketing campaigns. With specific knowledge and interest in email marketing.
  • Production knowledge – a strong understanding of creative process and how things are made – from strategy and planning through to creative, design, production and deployment. You will understand the nuances and opportunities specific to CRM delivery.
  • Data + Analytics experience – you will have worked on a digital and data‑driven account before and have experience interpreting the complexities of targeted communications plans, data briefs, audience segmentation and PCA reporting.
  • An eye for detail – demonstrable experience of managing tight turnaround delivery of both strategic and creative work in an agency environment whilst maintaining quality control processes.
  • Budget management – experience of managing a project budget and ensuring profitable and efficient delivery. You are used to running regular reconcilliations, tracking time reports and understand how to analyse status and progress.
  • Team player with strong communication skills – you enjoy being part of a large team, and coordinating with others to make things happen. You are a calm, clear and confident communicator and an active listener with the ability to build trusted working relationships quickly.
  • Positive attitude – You get a kick out of encouraging great ideas (of all kinds!) to flourish and finding ways to support the team, and the process.
Benefits
  • Up to 30 days of leave to spend each year plus 3 extra volunteering days per year for charitable work of choice.
  • Family‑friendly and flexible working policies.
  • A range of generous Parental Leave offerings.
  • Attractive pension plan with financial wellbeing support and resources.
  • Private healthcare insurance plan and Mental Wellbeing support.
  • Employee Assistance Programme, Career Development and Counselling.
