Project Manager

Location: North-East Cambridge & West Norfolk

Are you a hands-on, highly organised construction professional ready to join a well-established and client-focused building company? We're looking for someone just like you.

What We're Looking For

An outstanding leader who can manage site operations end-to-end, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to impeccable standards. You'll bring energy, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with both internal teams and external clients.

You'll be expected to:

  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate site and junior management teams
  • Maintain excellent client and supply chain relationships
  • Organise and programme trades and subcontractors efficiently
  • Monitor and control costs, including labour, variations, and materials
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and maintain high quality standards
  • Keep accurate site records and proactively anticipate and resolve on-site challenges
  • Travel within the operating region and occasionally stay away as needed
