Overview

Project Manager - Digital Transformation. We're seeking a Project Manager with experience in change and transformation programmes, particularly within ERP implementations, reporting solutions, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role spans the full project lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, and requires someone who is hands-on, delivery-focused, and highly organised. This Role requires 5 days onsite working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and deliver projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
  • Create and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.
  • Manage scope, risks, quality standards, and project performance.
  • Communicate project status, strategy, and progress to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
  • Oversee testing and implementation of new systems and integrations.
Skills & Experience
  • Proven track record in project delivery within digital/technology programmes.
  • Experience with ERP system implementations is essential.
  • Industry background in shipping, logistics, oil & gas, or utilities is beneficial.
  • Strong planning, execution, and delivery capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, risk management, and root cause analysis.
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programmes.
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) desirable.
