The ideal candidate will have experience in lift installation and project delivery, along with strong surveying and client management skills.   • Take full ownership of major lift projects – from tendering to delivery.

  • Lead tendering and pricing for projects.

  • Oversee project execution, ensuring targets are met.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.

Twickenham, Greater London – Lift Modernisations & New Installations

Lift Project Manager / Lift Construction Manager – Full Time 60,000 – 70,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus (Year 2 Onwards). Commutable from: Twickenham, Kingston–upon–Thames, Ashford, Brentford, Heathrow, Hounslow, Fulham, Hammersmith, Ealing, Acton, Hayes.

  • Basic Salary: 60,000 – 70,000
  • Commission: Year 1 – None (focus on existing projects); Year 2+ – structured bonus based on new business conversion
  • Car: 6,000 car allowance or company vehicle
  • Benefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, hybrid working
Key Responsibilities
  • Take full ownership of major lift projects – from tendering to delivery
  • Conduct site surveys (lift shafts, control panels, ropes, gears, cars)
  • Lead tendering and pricing for modernisation and installation projects
  • Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact
  • Liaise with internal design, sales, and project delivery teams
  • Oversee project execution, ensuring time, budget & quality targets
  • Ensure CDM, health & safety, and industry compliance
