The Information Systems (IS) Project Manager will lead project teams and workstreams to deliver projects for IS across the EMEA region and across global IS as required. The successful candidate can be based in the UK, France or Italy, but must be within commuting distance of Cheltenham, Trappes or Chatellraut, or Milan. This role will coordinate workstreams, managing project timelines while collaborating with global cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget and to quality acceptance criteria. Responsibilities
  • Developing comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, dependencies and resource requirements
  • Developing and managing project budgets, ensuring proper allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints
  • Monitoring project progress, budget and resource allocation while taking proactive measures to address issues or risks
  • Coordinating and managing multiple workstreams to ensure smooth implementation
  • Developing mitigation and contingency plans, identifying and assessing project risks and issues
  • Leading and motivating cross‑functional teams, assigning tasks/deliverables, establishing clear roles and responsibilities and providing guidance and support to team members
  • Managing vendor relationships and monitoring their performance to ensure adherence to project requirements and timelines
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, overseeing multiple sub‑projects simultaneously
  • Completion of a relevant qualification
  • Experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Utilising both agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Considerable experience in aspects of the application development life cycle
  • Experienced in both business change and IS/IT Delivery
  • A broad working knowledge and understanding of current technology enablers
