A regional healthcare provider in Cardiff is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee clinical and operational project delivery. Ideal candidates will have extensive project management experience, particularly in the NHS context. The role involves managing stakeholders and ensuring projects meet quality and budget specifications. A Master's degree and Prince 2 certification are required. Opportunities for development offered.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Programme Management Office in Velindre Cancer Centre (VCC), for a Project Manager.
We are looking for a motivated, organised, enthusiastic, and experienced Project Manager who understands the challenges of delivering something new and want to use their skills to support and enable the delivery of clinical and operational projects, as outlined in the VCC IMTP.
In this role you will be building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across our organisation, managing key projects from inception to conclusion. The applicant should hold a Project Management qualification and have experience of managing multiple projects within a programme portfolio. The will have excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills and be able to use this skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, organise events or workshops, and ensure initiation and delivery of multiple projects successfully.
