Base pay range

We have a permanent, full-time position available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £38,656 per year, rising to £41,777 per year after key competencies of the role are met.

Role Description

The role of Project Manager is a pivotal role as they are responsible for the successful delivery of business projects and are accountable for the co-ordination and effective delivery of strategic and business change projects that make up the wider change programme.

Qualifications
  • 3 years of previous project management experience and a degree-level education, holding a project management qualification such as Prince II or equivalent.
  • Good judgment with knowledge and experience to make the right decision.
  • Resilience in an environment of conflicting and complex demands.
  • Organised approach to work with great attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills to provide solution-focused advice and support.
  • Ability to build meaningful relationships and partnerships with colleagues at all levels of the business, based on mutual trust and accountability.
  • A change agent that can influence and implement change with exceptional colleague engagement.
  • A strong level of IT literacy, particularly the use of Microsoft Teams/Office and other subject-related systems/databases.
