As a Project Management Apprentice you’ll develop a broad and adaptable skillset - mastering stakeholder engagement governance financial control and risk management. You’ll play a key role in delivering projects that improve processes enhance customer experience and drive innovation across Amazon’s diverse business lines.
Throughout the programme you’ll use recognised quality management frameworks and project methodologies to bring ideas to life all while earning your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.
As a Project Management Apprentice you’ll gain experience working on real projects that have tangible business impact. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams lead planning sessions and support initiatives that make a difference to Amazon’s customers and employees.
Your work will involve coordinating resources managing risks and using data-driven insights to track performance and deliver successful outcomes. Every day brings a new opportunity to innovate simplify and grow your skills as a future project leader.

This 42-month programme starting in September 2026 combines on-the-job learning with structured study time allowing you to work towards your BSc (Hons) Degree in Project Management.
You’ll spend 80% of your time working in your business area and 20% on dedicated learning which may include travel to a training centre depending on your provider’s location.

Our Project Management Apprentices work across a diverse range of Amazon teams - from HR and Operations to Technology and Entertainment. You could find yourself supporting people programmes driving innovation in tech optimising processes in operations or contributing to projects in our entertainment businesses.
