Responsibilities
- Engagement Leadership: Lead high-impact technical consulting engagements from scoping to delivery. Own daily client interactions, manage senior stakeholder alignment, and facilitate key sessions (SteerCos, workshops). Ensure structured delivery, clarity of scope, and confidence in team outcomes. Set the rhythm and tone for internal and external communications.
- Delivery Framing and Execution: Translate client goals into structured plans, roadmaps, and clear deliverables. Identify risks early and proactively course-correct in collaboration with Principals. Guide the team through ambiguity, maintaining pace and alignment. Ensure deliverables reflect client intent and technical feasibility.
- Team and Model Shaping: Define team structures and delivery models suited to each engagement. Collaborate with functional specialists (engineering, data, product, design) to ensure balanced delivery. Establish documentation standards, rituals, and tooling to drive momentum. Support and mentor junior consultants and delivery team members.
- Technical Fluency: Confidently discuss systems architecture, APIs, data models, and AI use cases. Work closely with engineering and product leads to shape delivery scope. Translate between business needs and technical trade-offs. Ground technical decisions in client priorities and delivery goals.
Qualifications
- 5-8 years in consulting or technical product delivery
- Experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or Big 4 preferred
- Track record of leading digital or data engagements from vision to execution
- Strong delivery instincts and ability to manage complexity under pressure
- Technically fluent; confident engaging with engineers, data scientists, and product teams
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in sectors like fintech, healthtech, logistics, or AI-driven products is a bonus
