Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategically minded Project Director to lead and oversee large-scale PMC (Project Management Consultancy) industrial or infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in delivering complex, high-value projects and demonstrate the ability to interface with global stakeholders. Familiarity with Western project standards and international client expectations is highly .

Job location - Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional teams across planning, design, procurement, and execution, ensuring alignment with international standards.
• Collaborate with project sponsors, consultants, and client representatives to achieve key milestones.
• Oversee the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Monitor performance indicators, ensure corrective actions, and provide progress reporting to leadership.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committee updates, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accountability and quality.
• Promote process improvements, value engineering, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and international quality benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s ).
• 15+ years of total experience, with a minimum of 5 years in senior leadership roles within PMC projects.
• Proven success in delivering large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects, preferably in the Middle East.
• International project management experience, especially in Europe or North America, is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work with multicultural teams and interface with global clients.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Primavera, MS Project, or equivalent project planning tools.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
