Would you like to help East Sussex deliver the best possible social care services to adults?

An exciting Project Delivery Manager position is available within Adult Social Care and Health. The role has been created to lead on the development and implementation of improvement projects across Adult Social Care Health. Initially there will be a particular focus on Health and Social Care Connect which is our main social care gateway. We want to make sure we offer the best possible service to people in East Sussex with a strong emphasis on independence and prevention.

The successful candidate will lead, help design and manage change, working effectively with colleagues council-wide as well as local partners and those who draw upon care and support in East Sussex.

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have experience of managing large and complex projects
  • Have strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and influence others
  • Are organised, self-motivated and able to prioritise workload to meet competing deadlines
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to present complex information clearly in different formats
