Overview

Project coordinator - Fire Division
Location: Loughton
Salary: £32,000

What you'll be doing

• Coordinating reactive and planned works for the Fire Division
• Managing engineer diaries and allocating jobs effectively
• Liaising with clients to ensure smooth communication and service delivery
• Preparing and issuing RAMS and job documentation
• Organising callouts, raising purchase orders, and managing materials
• Updating the internal portal and producing client reports
• Supporting the Operations team with day-to-day tasks

• Experience within the Fire Division is essential
• Strong organisational skills and confidence in handling multiple priorities
• Clear, professional communication with clients and engineers
• IT proficient (Word, Excel, internal systems)
