We're looking for a Project Coordinator (Delivery) to join our Connections team within SPM (SP Manweb). This role is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of customer projects - predominantly LV minor works - ensuring compliance with regulatory and licence obligations across the electricity distribution network.

You'll play a key role in delivering district business plan outputs, supporting stakeholder engagement, and coordinating project plans that minimise customer outages and optimise performance against incentive mechanisms.

What you'll be doing
  • Deliver projects in line with financial, regulatory, and business objectives.
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to support project delivery.
  • Coordinate project planning and contract management activities.
  • Support performance improvement through analysis and feedback.
  • Promote safety and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Contribute to the delivery of connections business plan outputs.
What you'll bring
  • Experience in project or programme coordination.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments and incentive mechanisms.
  • Strong stakeholder and customer engagement skills.
  • Commercial and contract awareness.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and devise solutions.
  • Technical and operational experience in a relevant engineering role.
  • Electrical design and network construction experience desirable.
  • SAP system knowledge beneficial.
  • Driving licence desirable.
Minimum Criteria
  • Crafts qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in a project delivery role
  • Relevant network construction and operational experience
